| DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by Sarah Thomas, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 15, 1986, under the name Sarah Thomas-Gonzalez, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Sarah Thomas Mayhew.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Sarah Thomas to Sarah Thomas Mayhew, effective immediately.
