Application by the respondents Bartolo Peloro, Joseph Bruno, and Lawrence Langan and the respondent-appellant University Physicians Group, P.C., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 30, 2007.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the movants' time to serve and file a brief, including the points of argument of University Physicians Group, P.C. on its cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]), is enlarged until June 23, 2008, and the movants' respective briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
