DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 4, 2008, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of so much of the order dated April 4, 2008, as might prohibit the appellant from enforcing the existing order of protection, issued by the Family Court, Kings County, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and the motion is otherwise denied.
