| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 3, 2008, for leave to reargue her prior motion, inter alia, to stay her eviction from the subject premises, for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated April 29, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
