Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated December 5, 2006, for leave to reargue his prior motion, inter alia, to stay his eviction from the subject premises, for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated April 29, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
