Now, upon reading and filing the Consent to Change Attorneys of Clarence Miller, sworn to May 4, 2008, and Christine M. Cook, Esq. and Gerald T. Barth, Esq., dated May 4, 2008,
It is hereby ORDERED that the order entered August 11, 2005, assigning Gerald T. Barth, Esq. to conduct the appeal and permitting appellant to appeal as a poor person be, and the same hereby is, vacated; and
It is further ORDERED that the appeal is hereby removed from the day calendar for May 22, 2008.
