An application having been made for an order granting leave to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the Onondaga County Court entered in the Onondaga County Clerk's Office on February 6, 2008, as a poor person, and for other relief,

It is hereby ORDERED that said application be, and the same hereby is, granted to the extent that the appeal herein may be prosecuted upon the original papers and ten briefs, handwritten, typewritten or reproduced pursuant to CPLR 5529, and

It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the County of Onondaga is hereby directed to furnish Karl Broome, #08-B-0540, Groveland Correctional Facility, Box 50, Sonyea, New york 14556-50, copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic minutes, if any, of all proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office; and

It is further ORDERED that appellant shall file such papers and transcripts in the Office of the Clerk of this Court at the time he files his briefs, together with proof of service of one copy of the brief on the District Attorney and this appeal will not be placed on the court calendar until such time as the transcripts and briefs are so filed.
