Box 7, Shortsville, New York 14548, is substituted as counsel to represent appellant in the above-entitled appeal taken from a judgment of the Ontario County Court entered in the Ontario County Clerk's Office on November 22, 2006, and in any subsequent motion or application as may be appropriate, in place of Edward D. Czaja, Esq., and

It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of Ontario County is directed to provide John E. Tyo, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based.
