Respondent-appellant having moved for an extension of time to serve her notice of appeal from anorder of the Family Court, Ontario County, entered in the office of the Clerk of said Court on December 21, 2007, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Lisa A. Sadinsky, Esq., dated May 28, 2008, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the statement of Sonali R. Suvvaru, Esq., dated June 5, 2008, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and respondent-appellant shall serve her notice of appeal upon petitioner-respondent and the law guardian on or before June 12, 2008, and

It is further ORDERED that ten copies of respondent-appellant's brief shall be filed with the Court, together with proof of service, on or before June 12, 2008, and in the event of failure to so perfect her appeal is hereby dismissed without further order, and

It is further ORDERED that service of the notice of appeal and respondent-appellant's brief upon petitioner-respondent shall be by personal delivery to the office of petitioner-respondent's attorney, Michael A. Jones, Jr., Esq., and

It is further ORDERED that ten copies of petitioner-respondent's brief in response to the brief filed by respondent-appellant shall be filed with the Court, together with proof of service, on or before July 3, 2008, and

It is further ORDERED that the filing of a reply brief by respondent-appellant shall not be permitted.
