ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated June 3, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the respondent, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 24, 2007, is amended by deleting from the last decretal paragraph the date "July 2, 2008," and substituting therefor the date "July 18, 2008".
