The brief of the appellant Pamela B. was served and filed on January 22, 2008, the brief of the appellant Frank B. was served and filed on May 2, 2008, and the brief of the attorney for the child was served and filed on May 29, 2008. Pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), it is
ORDERED that the time of the respondent to serve and file a brief on the appeals is enlarged until July 11, 2008; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
