| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 16, 2008, inter alia, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this court dated April 21, 2008, as conditioned a stay of their eviction upon their perfection of the appeal on or before May 21, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to amend the decision and order on motion of this court dated April 21, 2008, is granted, and the decision and order on motion of this court dated April 21, 2008, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "May 21, 2008," and substituting therefor the date "May 22, 2008"; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
