Motion by the respondent State of New York to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 8, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the movant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 27, 2008, and the movant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's reply brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before July 28, 2008.
