Motion by the plaintiff, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second and Eleventh Judicial Districts, dated January 15, 2008, which dismissed (1) an appeal from a decision of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, dated May 3, 2001, and (2) appeals from two orders of the same court entered July 6, 2001, and August 5, 2005, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
