Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to reargue an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated May 10, 2004, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated June 13, 2006, to supplement the record with certain transcripts, for poor person relief and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
