On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated June 10, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which denied a motion by the respondent in the above-entitled proceeding, is amended by deleting from the caption the name "Weinstein," and substituting therefor the name "Weinsten".
