Motion by the appellant to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this court dated April 2, 2007, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered October 22, 1992, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(f) and CPL 470.60(1) for failure to timely perfect, to reinstate the appeal, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
