| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated December 12, 2007, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom. Separate motion by the appellant to enlarge the record to include a letter from Gerald B. Lefcourt, dated August 13, 2007, and to bar the respondent from disclosing the contents of the letter to any persons other than court personnel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to stay enforcement of the judgment is granted, and enforcement of the judgment is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal on condition that the appellant pay to the respondent child support in the sum of $1,000 per month payable on or before the first of each month; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appellant does not comply with the foregoing condition, the respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days notice; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the record to include a letter from Gerald B. Lefcourt, dated August 13, 2007, and bar the respondent from disclosing the contents of the letter dated August 13, 2007, is denied.
