DECISION

That branch of the motion by appellant seeking to direct the court below to prepare trial minutes is granted and the clerk shall prepare a statement sufficiently descriptive of the testimony to make possible appellate review (UJCA 1704 [a] [1]) within 30 days of service by appellant of a copy of the order hereon upon the court below. The clerk shall also within said period serve copies of the statement upon the parties' attorneys, or upon the parties if they do not appear by attorney (UJCA 1704 [a] [1]).

That branch of the motion for summary reversal is denied.
