On the court's own motion, the appeal by tenant-appellant Marta Diaz from the order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County (Anthony J. Fiorella, Jr., J.) dated January 29, 2007 is dismissed.

Any right of direct appeal from the order dated January 29, 2007 terminated with the entry of the final judgment on January 7, 2008 (see Matter of Aho, 39 NY2d 241, 248 [1976]).
