Motion by Victor Batshever for leave to reargue his motion for leave to appeal to this court from three orders of the Appellate Term, Second and Eleventh Judicial Districts, dated September 12, 2007, November 20, 2007, and January 7, 2008, respectively, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated March 12, 2008, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion of this court. Separate motion by Victor Batshever for poor person relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
