On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated June 17, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which assigned a new attorney for the children, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated October 4, 2007, is amended by adding thereto after the final decretal paragraph the following:
"; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time for the attorney for the child to serve and file a brief on the appeal is enlarged until July 23, 2008."
