| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this court dated February 27, 2007 (People v Munford, 37 AD3d 855), which determined an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered October 18, 2004, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated December 26, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
