It is Ordered that the motion and cross motion are consolidated for the purpose of disposition. The execution of the warrant of eviction is stayed through July 10, 2008. If, by said date, the appeal has been perfected and the appellant has deposited $9,834.32, arrears due pursuant to the May 2, 2008 order of the trial court , then the appellant may apply for a continuation of the stay beyond July 10, 2008.
