An application having been made for an order granting leave to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Cayuga County Supreme Court entered in the Cayuga County Clerk's Office on May 8, 2008, as a poor person, and for other relief,
It is hereby ORDERED that said application be, and the same hereby is, granted to the extent that the appeal herein may be prosecuted upon one original record and ten briefs, in accordance with the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 1000.3[c][2]), and
It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the County of Cayuga is hereby directed to furnish Keith Maguire, # 01-A-1234, Cayuga Correctional Facility, P.O. Box 1186, Moravia, New York 13118, copies of all papers and transcript of stenographic minutes, if any, of all proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office; and
It is further ORDERED that the settled or stipulated record and briefs are to be filed and served on or before March 2, 2009.
