Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Nicholas A. Pelosino, Jr., Esq., sworn to June 2, 2008, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the statement of Donna L. Haslinger, Esq., dated June 11, 2008, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the law guardian submit ten copies of his brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before August 1, 2008, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
