Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 16, 2007, to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion dated May 14, 2008, which directed them to serve and file a replacement appendix and brief on or before June 12, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellants' time to serve and file a replacement appendix and brief is enlarged, and the appellants' replacement appendix and brief shall be served and filed on or before July 10, 2008.
