Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered June 2, 2008, to stay all proceedings in an action entitled Meadow Park Rehabilitation and Health Care Center, LLC, v Morman, pending in the Civil Court of the City of New York, County of Queens, under Index No. 30198/08, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
