Applications by the respondent-appellant Kaitlin Smoraldo and the respondents Dennis and Debra Aveta pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 2, 2008.
ORDERED that the applications are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents-appellants shall serve and file their respective answering briefs, including their points of argument on their cross appeals, on or before July 23, 2008 (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents shall serve and file their respective briefs on or before August 27, 2008; and it is further,
