ORDERED that its order on application dated June 26, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which granted the appellants' application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated December 12, 2007, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the words "July 3, 2008", and substituting therefore the words "July 14, 2008".
