| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated February 15, 2008, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the order dated February 15, 2008, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall perfect the appeal by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeal to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.9[d][2]) and by serving and filing her brief on or before July 18, 2008; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent and the attorney for the child shall serve and file their briefs, it any, on or before August 8, 2008; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall serve and file her reply brief, if any, on or before August 18, 2008.
