| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on appeals from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated June 16, 2008, and a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered May 27, 2008, to stay the enforcement of a judgment of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated November 15, 2005, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay the enforcement of the judgment dated November 15, 2005, is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is granted to the extent that the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same day, and that branch of the motion is otherwise denied.
