DECISION

Motion by appellant for poor person relief and assignment of counsel is denied without prejudice to renewal upon furnishing this court with proper papers.

Although appellant has furnished this court with the financial status of his grandparents he has failed to furnish this court with his own financial information necessary to determine whether he is indigent.
