On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated June 25, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which, inter alia, granted that branch of a motion which was for the assignment of counsel, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 4, 2008, is amended by deleting from the fifth decretal paragraph thereof the words "Faraquna" and "Saq Harbor" and substituting therefor the words "Faraguna" and "Sag Harbor."
