On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated June, 27, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by S. Sidney Mandel, on an appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Westchester County, dated June 19, 2008, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the words "Supreme Court," and substituting therefor the words "Surrogate's Court".
