(Docket No. F-18371/05)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the attorney for the appellant to be relieved, for the assignment of counsel to prosecute appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated February 4, 2008, and March 17, 2008, respectively, for leave for the appellant to prosecute the appeals as a poor person, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to relieve counsel and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals are held in abeyance in the interim.
