Motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order on motion of this court dated April 7, 2008, which denied his motion for leave to reargue an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered May 9, 1996, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated August 13, 2001.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied (see CPL 450.90).
