| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants for leave to reargue an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 20, 2006, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated April 1, 2008, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this court. Cross motion by the respondent Lucy Campbell to impose a sanction upon the appellants and for an award of costs and an attorneys fee.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the cross motion which is for costs is granted and the respondents are awarded $100 costs; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is otherwise denied.
