On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated April 7, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which, inter alia, denied a motion by the respondent, and its decision and order on motion dated June 3, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which granted motions by the Superintendent of Insurance of the State of New York and the respondent, on an appeal from an order of the Appellate Term, Second and Eleventh Districts, dated January 3, 2007, are amended by deleting from the preambles thereof the date "May 24, 2007," and substituting therefor the date "January 3, 2007."
