DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered November 20, 2007, inter alia, to compel the respondent to provide him with copies of her trial exhibits and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to compel the respondent to provide him with copies of her trial exhibits is granted and on or before July 15, 2008, the respondent shall provide the appellant with copies of the respondent's trial exhibits; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until September 2, 2008, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
