| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the court-appointed inventory attorney, Robert P. Guido, to be discharged from his appointment in the above-entitled matter and to authorize him to destroy any files contemplated by the court-ordered inventory that remain unclaimed. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on November 12, 1997, under the name Shelley Ann Rivera. Robert P. Guido was appointed to take custody of and inventory the respondent's files by decision and order on motion of this court dated January 24, 2007. By opinion and order dated November 20, 2007, this court disbarred the respondent and struck her name from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, pursuant to Judiciary Law § 90(4) upon her conviction of a felony.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the motion and no papers having been submitted in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted.
