Application by the defendant-respondent Demetria Sirica pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, all dated November 15, 2006. Separate application by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
ORDERED that the applications are granted and the Demetria Sirica's time to serve and filea brief is enlarged until July 31, 2008, and Demetria Sirica's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's reply brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before August 15, 2008.
