On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated June 18, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which, inter alia, granted a motion by the respondents, on an appeal from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Rockland County, dated March 12, 2008, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the name "Jawonio, Inc.," and substituting therefor the name "Jawonio Foundation, Inc.",
