| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se for an enlargement of time to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered May 12, 2005, or in the alternative, to withdraw his request to file a supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for an enlargement of time to serve and file a supplemental brief is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to withdraw his request to file a supplemental brief is granted, and the decision and order on motion of this court dated December 18, 2007, which granted the appellant leave to file a supplemental brief, is recalled and vacated, and the appellant's motion for leave to file a supplemental brief is denied.
