DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated November 15, 2007, and January 29, 2008, respectively, pending hearing and determination of appeals therefrom and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated November 15, 2007. Cross motion by the respondent for an award of an attorney's fee and costs.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the orders is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated November 15, 2007 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2007-11677), is granted, the appellant's time to perfect that appeal is enlarged until August 22, 2008, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
