Application by the respondent Mastic Beach Property Owners Association pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 2, 2007.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the movant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until August 4, 2008, and the movant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' reply brief, if any, shall be served and filed in accordance with the rules of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[b]).
