Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken from the judgment of Monroe County Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on December 22, 2004, and the appeal taken from the order of Monroe County Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on April 5, 2007,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Kathleen P. Reardon, sworn to June 20, 2008, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the letter of Jessica Birkahn Housel, dated June 24, 2008, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion be and the same hereby is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered April 2, 2008 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date July 1, 2008 and inserting in place thereof the date September 8, 2008.
