| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered December 18, 2006, to be provided with a copy of his pre-sentence report as well as "246 pages of relevant documents" to aid in the preparation of a supplemental brief. Application by the appellant pro se to enlarge the time to serve and file the supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the application, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be provided with a copy of his pre-sentence report is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be provided with a copy of the "246 pages of relevant documents" is denied with leave to renew upon proper papers, including a detailed description of the additional material that is requested; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted and the time to serve and file a supplemental brief is enlarged until September 2, 2008, and the supplemental brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
