Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 22, 2006, to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated June 23, 2008, in a proceeding entitled Matter of Albert v Albert-Elardo, pending in the Family Court, Nassau County, under Docket No. F-11524-06, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
