2006-07056 DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION In the Matter of Arelia M. Taveras, admitted as Arelia Margarita Taveras, a disbarred attorney. Grievance Committee for the Second and Eleventh Judicial Districts, petitioner; Arelia M. Taveras, respondent. (Attorney Registration No. 4045290)

Motion by Robert P. Guido to be discharged from his duties as inventory attorney and to be authorized to destroy any files contemplated by the court-ordered inventory that remain unclaimed. By decision and order on motion of this court dated January 24, 2007, Robert P. Guido of the Office of Special Counsel to the Presiding Justice for Grievance Matters was appointed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 691.10(k) to take custody of and to inventory the respondent's files and to take such action as seemed indicated to protect the interests of the respondent's clients. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on May 22, 2002, under the name Arelia Margarita Taveras.

Upon the papers submitted in support of the motion and no papers having been submitted in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted.
